Linked here is the BDFA message for April 2023. Also included are the Requisitions for Purchase Cards and DLA.
We are using a new Comms plan. All FSOs should have received this email. If you are an FSO and do not receive the BDFA email culinaryprogram@uscg.mil and tell me your unit and that you are the FSO.
You will see in the BDFA message, the Requisition Numbers and Purchase Order (PO) Numbers are included. These will be used for the receipting, verifying, and approving your purchases in FSMS.
