Many of you have reached out about not receiving emails from me about the BDFA, or other emails passing critical information.
The first thing you need to check is your outlook address. Your title should read your rank (CS3, CS2, CS1, ect). It’s shouldn’t say things like FSO, Duty Cook, ect.

If your title is incorrect, you will not get all CS emails from Program, RFMC, or FINCEN.
To fix this, log into EDMS and correct your title. Anyone at Program, SPL, or FINCEN can assist you with this if you do not know how to do it.
