Message from our AO to those directly affected by the AY24 Force Alignment Initiative

Good afternoon, CS’s,

As you are all aware, the Senior Leaders were faced with a tough decision to reduce our workforce to ensure continued mission success. There is a plethora of questions that come along with this and there are a lot of moving parts to the matter. If you have not done so already, I implore you to review the AY24 Force Alignment Initiative Information Hub and how these decisions are going to impact you as well as have some our the questions you may have answered.

You are receiving this email because your unit is going to be directly affected by these decisions and I am currently working through how this will impact each one of you. I am going to be reaching out to each of you to discuss these impacts in the coming days as I work with my Central Assignment Coordinator to develop the courses of action for moving forward.

Rest assured, I am doing what I can to mitigate the impact felt for you and your families while abiding by the guidance set forth from Senior Leadership. Please ensure that your contact information is update in direct access.
