Master Chief Wright and I wanted to give everyone an update on what we have going on here at EPM-2. Transfer season is in full swing, and we are validating our strip charts, handling fall outs and . We know this is a difficult time for everyone, between the shortages and personnel transferring and we are doing everything that try and fill the gaps. Good news is that the recruiting efforts are paying off and we are seeing an uptick in “A” school class sizes.
Big shout out to Master Chief Ball and the TRACEN Petaluma team as they are churning and burning to get the members trained and out to the fleet.
With that, we currently have three critical fill solicitation messages out.

We are only 97 days away from publishing the AY24 shopping list. There are a lot of moving parts happening between now and then.
If you would like to discuss future assignment opportunities, professional development, retirement, HYT, advancements or just want to complain a little, we are here.
To stay organized, we ask you send a calendar invite via Microsoft Outlook to schedule time for career counseling. Sessions typically last 30 minutes, so please come prepared. Please pay particular attention to our daily career counseling availability M-F 0800-1400 EST. If you are in another time zone, i.e. Hawaii, Guam or Bahrain please send an email and we will set up a time for career counseling. Attached are directions on how to send an outlook meeting request if needed.
